09 October 2013 i have file itr 1 with in time. tds deduct in march 2013 at salary income.
department issued notice of demand u/s 143(1) intrest u/s 234B and 234C. 08/10/2013

what should i do advice plz

09 October 2013 U check whether advance tax provisions were applicable to u and if yes then have u pauid them as required under sec 205-210 of income tax act, if not then int is chargeable.
