19 August 2013 A PARTNERSHIP FIRM FILE THE RETURN OF INCOME U/S 44AD OF THE ACT AND PAYING THE FACTORY RENT OF RS 2,40,000/- PER YEAR AND ADVERTISMENT EXP 109000/- WHETHER THE SAID PARTNERSHIP FIRM IS LIABLE TO DEDUCT THE TDS ON THE SAID PAYMENT.
