17 July 2013 Please suggest process of downloading form 16A after filing TDS return when the deductor deduct TDS of Only one deductee.

17 July 2013 1.Log in to tdscpc.gov.in
2.Click on Downloads Form 16A
3.Enter Financial year,quarter, form type and PAN No.
4.Then in the next screen you would find the details which will be mentioned in Form 16A.
5.Enter token no. of TDS return and the Authentication code.
6.Provide Challan Details.
7.Request no.will be generated.
8.Under the downloads click on the request download Form 16A.
9.Enter the request no. or request date.
10.Click on the row and http download.
11.A zip file will be generated.
12.Download Traces PDF Generation Utility
13.Pass the Zip file through the utility to convert into PDF file.

17 July 2013 Thankyou parul mam for your valuable reply but I am facing problem in stage 6, as while providing challan details, it requires to feed atleast 3 different PAN of deductees and in my case deductor deduct TDS of only one Deductee.
Please suggest I am waiting for your reply.

17 July 2013 and maximum 3 distinct PANs can be entered there and not minimum 3....
