Sir, Kindly advise regarding the applicability of TDS u/s 194J or 194C on payments to " Quality Circle Forum of India"

The concept of Quality Circle as an integral part of Total Quality Management and focusing it as an important activity for human resource development in manufacturing industries, service organizations and public utility services, including government, thus augmenting the human potential for achieving higher quality, productivity and capacity utilizations.
