I had done audit of one listed company in which they have printed annual report. In the bill labour & material amount is not seperated & also VAT is included. TDS required to be deducted or not.

No, TDS is not required to deducted. It is deducted if the material is supplied by you and the amount of material supplied by you is shown separately.
