a flower decoration single bill of Rs. 62940/- is falling under the catagory of Tds dedduction???

1.Decoration for Individuals and HUF (Not in Business) do not fall under TDS laws.
2. If Decoration bill is for Business, TDS is applicable.
3. [tip] get 2 bills, one for cost of flowers and second for decoration service charges and... deduct TDS only on second one and only if bill value is above the Threshold limit.

but it is only one bill and for purchase of pot and falling under the catagory f company........

Look purchase of pot and flower decoration are different. In flower decoration there is service involved. If only purchase of pot with flowers no TDS will be attracted. If flower decoration service provided and only single bill wich include cost of flowers deduct TDS on entire bill amount. It entirely depends on the nature of contract.

Purchase of Flower pots, and other gardening material is pure purchase and attract commercial taxes in some states.
However, it do not fall under 194(C) until and unless you have specific contact with the seller to maintain those at your location etc.
