TDS Will be deduct Rs 10300/-.
But you can consider exemption/benefits before deduction.

Yes, for salary assesse tds is computed after considering savings and other income of salary individual
Please note new section 87A which provides Rebate of Rs.2000 for individuals having total income less than 5 lakhs
