IT IS COVERED UNDER 194C AND 2% IS APPLICABLE.

HOWEVER WHERE TECHNICAL SERVICES ARE RENDERED PROVISION OF SEC 194 J @10% WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR TAX DEDUCTION OF SOURCE

IF THE PARTY INDIVISUAL, THEN ONLY I WILL BE DEDUCT TDS 2% ON AMC BILL OR NOT

28 August 2013 Sir, one more thing, actually we are receiving one DG set from Hyderabad to our plant in Odisha through rental basis for 5 month, that party asking for c form against his DG SET. Can we give c form agaist dg set on hire basis.
Pls reply sir.
