21 June 2012 Sir,

I have paid the employees salary for May 2012 on June 1st. When should I deposit its TDS. Before the 7th of June or 7th of July.

21 June 2012 As salary become due on 30th may and you have to credit employee a/c on that date ,tds should be deposited by 7th june
