if the assessee is a salaried employee with the salary of the amount which is the less than the basic exemption limit, if he wishes to take a loan, for that purpose he want that his income to be shown between Rs.300000 to 350000?
what will be the remedy u will provide to him?
remember:he doesn't have any other income & if we show salary income more then the provisions of tds will also be applied?

No remedy.how the person can show with low income.as income is high
