hello experts, i just want to know that what is TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE & TAX COLLECTION AT SOURCE? Its definition, meaning, where to apply, how the both are calculated and what is difference between these two? hope for reply in a simple and meaningful way so that i can easily understand these terminology.
