can anyone plz tell me,
i opened up a vodafone store where i m going to sell only vodafone sim cards and mobile phones which are provided by vodafone under some scheme.
m confused regarding classification of taxability of this service.

Distributor of sim cards are exempted from payment of service tax. Please see the mega negative notification No.25/2012 dt 20.06.12.

Since your output services are in the negative list, there is no need for registration under service tax as long as you do only these services.
