Dear Sir,
I'm employed by Indian company but deputed out of India for minimum 10 months in a year. I was hired by Indian company in Oct'14 and since then i'm out of India.
Earlier upto Dec'14 i was getting salary in my Indian Bank account and allowances were remitted in my off-shore account, but from Jan'15 the company is remitting my salary and allowance in off-shore account. I don't have any other income source.
I want to know the tax-ability of my salary income for A.Y. 2016-17 in India and abroad? Also if i get my salary credited in my Indian bank account would it attract any taxation in India and also abroad?

For the A.Y. 2016-17 your salary will not be taxed in India. It is your residential status determine your taxability, remittance to Indian bank ac is irrelevant.

income taxable will be your stay in india. if you are resident in india then you have to pay tax In india other wise no income will taxable in india.
