DEAR FELLOW MRMBERS,
CAN HUSBAND PAY RENT TO HIS WIFE,IF PROPERTY IS IN WIFE'S NAME AND IT IS SELF OCCUPIED?IF YES CAN HUSBAND CLAIM HRA FORM HIS INCOME?

You cannot give rent to your spouse and show that in the records. The rerationship between spouse is not to be considered as the seperate.
