Taxability of Family pension received by Widow ( got the job of spouse after his death)

Hello Sirs,
Just I need clarification that will the deduction U/S 57 (iia) for lower of 33.33% or 15000 of Family pension received by Widow of govt employee still available if subsequent to the death of spouse, the Widow gets the govt job of Spouse.
and under which head it is taxable.

yes deduction will available to the widow, as family pension. and taxable under the income from other sources. and salary will taxable under salary income head.
