22 April 2011 Tax rate for a pvt ltd company For AY 2010-11 & AY 2011-12 was 30%

If net income of the company exceeds 1 crore, Surchage was 10% for AY 2010-11 where 7.5% for AY 2011-12 on income tax.

3% in aggregate for both years was leviable for education cess on Income tax + surchage
