one my client is doing Small Properity(Individual) concern businees from 3 year and accordinglly filling his Income Tax Return with balance sheet and Profit & Loss Statment, but now he want to close this business due to not get profit.
he is not under any tax like VAT, CST or Service tax, ect.
what is processer to closed his business ? any letter has to file in IT Department or direct stop to filling his income Tax Return. or is there any other Processer
Please help on this it's very urgent

It is advisable to intimate the department about closure of business to avoid unnecessary consequences.
