I want your expert opinion..
Let three people from same family are engage in a kirana store shop. No tax return has been file and not VAT registration taken. The place of business in Bihar.
Please suggest me tax planning. whether i can show return 44AD in three different person working. These person are from same joint family..

15 November 2016 Yes kirana income can be shown u/s 44AD but there can be only one properietor in VAT as well as in income tax return.
