29 December 2009 Please tell me how much tax will be applicable in following conditions:
Material is imported from USA (FM-200 Gas).
Bill raise to Local address in Maharashtra but material directly delivered to Chennai.

03 January 2010 if it is without form C, applicable state VAT would be applicable, or if it is against form C, 2% or State VAT rate, whichever is lesser, would be applied.
