03 September 2011 Does an IT Co.charge both service tax and CST on sale of its software and thereby providing some networks/links to its cusomers.Will it be a service or sale for IT Co.

05 September 2011 Service tax is charged on the service supplied and CST charged on the goods sale form one state to another.
So both are not related one is related to service and otherone is related sale of goods.
