Is service tax applicable on services provided by a lawyer? please suggest any notification if any on this subject.

Vide entry 97 of schedule V11 of the Constitution of India the Central Government levies service tax on 106 services through Chapter V of the Finance act,1994 in which services of a lawyer done in his professional capacity is not so far included. Hence such services are out of the net of service tax.
