14 July 2009 minor has earned income exceeding the basic exempotion limit as per income tax act from his own skills.since he is a minor, he won't allot PAN Card.What is the procedure to file Income tax return without getting PAN card????????????????? Please give me answer this question??????????????

14 July 2009 Why can't a minor be alloted a PAN Card.
Minor can certainly obtain a PAN Card.
The Signature and Proof will that be of the Guardian.
Obtain the PAN and file the return accordingly.
