12 December 2013 If one buy Tax free bonds from secondary market and hold it till maturity ,is that subjected to Capital Gain Tax? If one Buy from Primary market and sell at premium in the secondary market,is it subjected to capital gain Tax?

12 December 2013 sale in secondary markets is subjected to capital gains tax. only interest is exempt.
