If one buy Tax free bonds from secondary market and hold it till maturity ,is that subjected to Capital Gain Tax? If one Buy from Primary market and sell at premium in the secondary market,is it subjected to capital gain Tax?

sale in secondary markets is subjected to capital gains tax. only interest is exempt.

yes in primary market it is exempted and in secondary and subsequent market it is taxable.
