Commission Agent provide us room bookings and collect payment from guest directly, End of the month he make us payment after deducting his commission.
In this case we are liable to deposit TDS in his a/c or not.
Kindly confirm me very clearly.

Yes, it is subject to TDS since, the agent book the hotel , collect the money from customers and pay the amount collected from customers only after deducting his commission.
The best practice, is that they have to claim commission through bill against you, instead of deducting the amount on his own for commission from the amount collected from customers
