Dear Sir
I our factory we have boiler for steam generation. We have given operational contract of the boiler to a contractor. In his monthly bills he charges use the cost of labors he supplied in the month and Commission of Rs 10000/- pm.
Now my query is, under which section this contract is covered? 194C or 194H.
