Hello Expert,
I am B.Com, MBA and newly entered in tax and accounts consultancy profession . My clients are very few. My queries are :
1. The clients whose turnover is more than Rs. 1 crore then I must approach to CA for tax audit but in case whose income below Rs. 1 crore then what should I do ?
Please advise in my new career.

In case of less than Rs. 1 crore turnover you can file the return with out tax audit report from CA.

One more query : Is is good to become specialized in income tax or VAT or specialized in all taxation ( like service tax , VAT, CST , IT etc) in tax profession.

It depends about your knowledge and interest you can either do indirect taxes or all taxes.
