29 November 2014 I uploaded Tax audit Report of my one of the client on 1 week before due date but status on site shows that it is not approved. if i filed Tax audit report again but after due date then what are the consequences ? what is the liability kindly suggest me its very urgent.

03 December 2014 In your case it seems that your client has filed return without approving audit report. You are not required to file tax audit report again unless it is rejected by the assessee for some reason.
