I have taken a mortgage loan from Tata Capital Finance Ltd. for my business. whether it should be shown in point no. 24 of form no 3CD.It is payable by monthly instalments.

The scope of the section 269SS include loan taken from finance company, hence disclosure in clause 24 is required.
