a proprietor is having two proprietorship firms. the turnover of one firm is more than 40 lacs and the other one is below 40 lacs. will tax audit be applicable to the proprietorship firm or the proprietor?

Firm is seperate entity from properitor so if it is registered seperatly then individual rules will apply
