sir,
one of my frnd has not any bank a/c, he has given his father my bank a/c no. to call for college fees, in every six months his fees is coming to my account from last three years & every fees amount is above rs. 40000, will there be any problem for me in future if i will file income tax return? or any other type of problem kindly help me..

If you file your return and show the bank account in the said return then the assessing officer can surely ask you for the detials of the bank account.
