24 July 2011 Digital signature is an electronic signature that can be used to authenticate the identity of the signer of a document, and to ensure that the original document that has been signed is unchanged.
Digital signature is required for filing income tax return of all corporate assessee's and non corporate assessee's covered under 44AB audit.
