I am appearing for PE-2 in may2010.I had purchased T.N. Manoharan for AY 2009-10. Should i buy a new book for AY 2010-11? If not then can you please upload the recent amendments for the said exam. Thanks.

as per my view, u must purchase a new book coz ur six month is more worth than ur few hundreds Rs.
in A/Y 10-11 there is few very imp. amendment such as abolish of FBT
