While uploading TAR in Form 3CA of a company my staff did not attach the CARO /Report of Independent Auditors Report.Plus on main Balance Sheet and Stmt of PL was attached without Notes forming Part of Accounts.Will this be considered as non compliance with Sec 44AB or will the return be considered as defective.Can we file a revised TAR with no changes except for attaching what was missed due to clerical error

This is not a 'legal cause' for revised filing of the report. However, you may choose to avail the revised filing option available in the income tax portal and upload the records correctly.
