26 February 2010 Is it possible to export all the address and pan number of sundry creditors (approximately 5000 clients) to excel file. As we are migrating to another software for this purpose first we need to export all the details in to excel file.

26 February 2010 If u r using Tally ERP 9( version 1.6 and above u can export to excel file by clicking on the export logo on the top of the tally screen. Before exporting click on "No" then select the info u want to include in the data (selected from menu on the right hand corner of the screen) to be exported once it appears on your screen use the export facility.In earlier versions its a little different.

26 February 2010 We aren't using ERP-9, now we are using Tally 9 version is there any solution in this version of tally

There is option in Tally 9 also first you export the file as HTML format and the same file open in Excel file and use save as option as file .xls file
