Hi Virender,
1. What I feel is we just need to follow the normal procedures like valid invoice of Job work, supporting of Invoice like measurement sheet etc. It is not so important. Important is how the taxation has been charged on the supplier/job worker bill. As you have mentioned it is a job work, service tax is applicable, if your jobworker has crossed a exemption limit of 10 lacs during last year or during current year.So far as service tax is concerned it doesnt make any difference for local vendor or out of state vendor.
2. Similarly, in this transaction, Service is applicable subject to the exemption limit (mentioned in 1. above). No Sales Tax VAT or CST is not applicable in this transaction as no material is involved in the transation of purchase or sales.
