What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
I can answer all question relating to Service Tax like Input Credit, applicability of tax, other administrative issues. I am able to handle any query related to APVAT. I dont have good expposure in Audititng,FEMA & International Taxation.

: Cenvat Credit not taken.
Sir, We are Class I electrical contractors taking up "Supply erection testing and commissioning" orders for government and private institutions. We have been paying service tax every year for the past 30 years and till date we have not taken any input of cenvat for the Excise duty paid on the materials we supply to our clients including cables, transformers and panels. In the last 3 years we have paid ED of around 60 lakhs and have ST dues of 37 lakhs. Can we use the cenvat credit on ED paid to pay the Service tax dues? -
