FOR EX, OUR CO.RECEIVED A GOOD TRASNPSORT SERVICE ON 05/07/11 OF RS,7500/- AND PAYMENT ALSO MAKE ON SAME DATE, THEN WHEN WE HAVE LIABLITY TO PAY THE TAX

Hello, as the payment has been made in the month of July (from 1st July to 31st of July) for GTA, the liability of Service Tax has to be discharged by 5th (6th in case of E-payment)of August'11. I assumed your organisation is limited Comapny.
