In sale of property you can show expenses like:

Travelling Expenses A/c.
Business Promotion Exp. A/c.
Legal and Professional Exp. A/c
Conveyance Exp. A/c.
Commissioning and Brokage Exp. A/c.
Salary A/c.
Documentation Exp. A/c.
etc.
