01 March 2015 In what case Table F given in Schedule I of Companies Act 2013 will be applicable? What if there is a conflict between section of companies act and regulation of table f?

02 March 2015 Sub-section (6) of Section 5 of the Companies Act, 2013 provides that the articles of a company shall be in respective forms specified in Tables, F, G, H, I and J in Schedule I as may be applicable to such company.

AOA of a company limited by shares shall be in Table F.

in case of a conflict, the provisions of the Companies Act shall have an overriding effect against the provisions of Articles of association
