Surname correction in itr, pan card and aadhar card

26 September 2016 How can we correct surname in ITR , pan card and aadhar card . Will new change will make any difference in earlier FORM 16 's . Please tell me what is the procedure to update or correct surname on official records

fill the form for PAN rectification and send it to concerned authority...(The PAN remains same with the corrected spelling)
