if yes, under which contract it is going on
Supplied the labour is a contract under the manpower supplied contract.

then should VAT be taken? for manpower supplied contracts
No,vat will not be applicable on the labour supplies/manpower.So only service tax applicable.
Secondly if you are not a company the service tax will be liable only 25% of total service tax and balance deposited by the service receiver.
