13 August 2016 Please Let me know what is the amount of service tax (25%, 75%, 100% or 0%) i need to pay if i provide the services of recruiting people for some other person and i receive salary (suppose Rs.10000 p.m each) for such recruited persons in my account and i distribute (Rs.8000 p.m each) to such recruited persons.
Also i am crossing the limit of Rs. 10 Lakh
