A a pvt ltd com holds 60% shares of another pvt ltd co , whether the company is subsidery com and yes what are special provision to be made i.e. in income tax, MCA etc

The oompany will become subsidiary. With reference to income tax no special provisions are there. With reference to accounting standards you have to value the subsidiary and if there is any depletion in investments the same has to be provided for.
