Now days after online submition of st-1 is there require submit documents by hand delivery or speed or register post ?

Yes document submission is required. you can send it by post. You can proceed with registration no need for any response from service tax Dept.

You can send documents either by Hand Delivery or by Speed Post or by Registered Post as per your choice. But proof should be kept for submission.
