We are a small Transporter. Do I require compulsorly to sumbit Return even if it is nil amount. in fact Service tax is being paid by the consignor for goods transportation.

If you have registered with service tax file the return. Not registered no need to file the return, if you are a small service provider(less than 10 lacs).
21 June 2015
If you are registered and have service tax registration no then filing Nil Return is compulsory otherwise not.
