I am Ca Final Year student. My articleship is completed on 22nd of july 2010. I want to know that Form 108 is submitted to Regional level office (i.e. where my articleship is registered “Western Regional") Or it is submitted to ICAI head office (i.e. Delhi)and i also want to know that Form 109 is also required to submitted.

10 July 2010 Form 108 may be send to WIRC. Form 109 is not required in your case since it is for termination of articleship.

10 July 2010 You can file the forms at your regional Office (western region), no special requirement to file in Delhi.

No need to file form 109 . Since that is required on termination of articleship. However, in your case it is completion of articleship and not termination. Also , whatever, info form 109 requires is all there in form 108.
