Dear Sir,
I had filed the return for the I.T. Asst. year 2013/14 resulting refund to the tune of Rs. 3,07,120 online. But, my client has dispatched the Itrv after the due date (i.e.120days form the date of filing).
But, when i go through the "VIEW RETURNS" for processing confirmation it is appearing as follows.
(ITRv received after due date)
But, my concern is whether the Itrv filed will be processed, though the Itrv has reached to the CPC after the due date as mentioned.

Such returns will not be processed further. File manual return with AO seeking refund after obtaining condonation of delay from CIT as per CBDT circular 9/2015 dt. 09-06-2015.
