IN THE SHARE TRADING STT ( SECURITY TRANSACTION TAX ) IS ALLOWABLE EXP. OF NOT

If the income from share trading is offered under the head 'income from business or profession' , STT can be claimed as business expenditure as per section 36(1)(xv) of the Income tax Act,1961.
