Strike off company name

I would like to know whether the company if desierous to strike off its name from ROC can file Form 61?
As per FTE scheme its mandatory to have nil assets & balancesheet whereas in my case company though dont have any secured or any loan liability but having some sundry debtors and cash in hand ,so i can't go for FTE scheme, kindly suggest what would be the appropriate procedure for striking off the name.

Go for Easy Exit Scheme,2011.
It would help you out to strike off name of your company easily.
