Strike off company name

25 November 2011 I would like to know whether the company if desierous to strike off its name from ROC can file Form 61?
As per FTE scheme its mandatory to have nil assets & balancesheet whereas in my case company though dont have any secured or any loan liability but having some sundry debtors and cash in hand ,so i can't go for FTE scheme, kindly suggest what would be the appropriate procedure for striking off the name.

Kindly help me asap
