Is there any specific rule that I have to receive my Stipend monthly, like that?

NO, IF YOU DON'T WISH TO RECEIVE STIPEND MONTHLY, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO GIVE A LETTER TO YOUR EMPLOYER STATING THAT YOU NEED STIPEND AFTER A PARTICULAR TIME. SOME STUDENTS WANT TO WITHDRAW CONSOLIDATED STIPEND. BUT IT HAS TO BE THRU CHEQUE ONLY
